I'm not a vegetarian, but I'm a type II diabetic, so I'm on a diet and I know how essential proper nutrition is for health. I do sports, drink a lot of water, take insulin (also, I'm going to Buy rybelsus and use it as a supplement), try to avoid stress. As for the food products, I just avoid eating some of them like white bread, rice, fruit-flavored yogurt, sweetened breakfast cereals, flavored coffee drinks, etc. But thanks for sharing this article. I'm sure, it is useful for many people.
