Google has stopped dancing.
Before the implementation of Caffeine (January, 2011), Google used to update its results periodically. During those updates, the SERPs would fluctuate, stabilise, fluctuate again, stabilise again... and eventually settle down (until the next update). This behaviour of SERPs was tagged as "Google Dance". Since the introduction of "everflux" (ongoing "live" updates as we see nowadays), Google does not dance anymore...
