Hi there,
There are reports, that eating Cucumber reduces the frequency and severity of the common cold. I also read Cucumber is good for cardiovascular problem due to its blood pressure lowering effect, blood lipid lowering effects and its anticoagulant properties.
What are your thoughts?

Hello. I want to say that I like cucumbers a lot. It�s very good product for our health. Thus, I like it to eat in summer time. It helps me a lot to reduce my fat percent. It�s good to use them in the salad as well.)

Most vegetables are really healthy including cucumber. You got to eat green vegetables..
