Google Penguin Recovery Tips
Everybody is talking about 'Google Penguin' so I thought I should share some tips to recover from 'Google penguin Penalty'
1- Avoid keyword Stuffing 2- Don't use Link building schemes 3- Always try to use Natural Link building 4- Avoid Duplicate content/anchor text 5- Check your webmaster account daily to get any notification from Google Agree?

I have also heard (and I don't know how true this is of deleting your webmaster tools from google. Depending on which forum you visit, some say not to give google anymore than they need to have. I have mixed feelings about this myself but both sides definitely have some good points.
Your points have always been in place and should be practiced even before Penguin was implemented. Those key items are critical for good SEO practices and not being penalized.

do not do over seo.100 back link is better then 1000 links.
