The SEO tools which I use on daily bases are following.
Seomoz Pro Tool Google Analytics Google Webmaster Tool SEO Spyglass (Software) and lots of Chrome and Firefox plugins |

If you want to know the result of your work result then you will need to SEO tool just like Google webmaster tool, Google analytic tool, Google ad-word tool & SEO quake.
