I have heard many times that Google panda and Penguin is update and hit some sites very badly…SO guys there is no any solution to survive against both?

Though there is no hard and fast rules and ways to survive against these updates by Google, yet writing unique content will help a lot. Also, focus from where your inbound are coming from. Inbound links coming from low quality sites or sites with low PR will affect both your position in Google and your PR.
