Everybody loses weight in his/her peculiar way. For some it might be by controlling their diet, whereas for some others it might take rigorous exercise. However for me, I lose weight by watching my diet and working out the extra fat.

you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which lead to increase your weight
