Look site map is actually attached with our site to tell the search engine and visitor about the pages that we have on our website. It is same like the route map.

Create an XML sitemap that can be submitted to Google, Bing, Yahoo and other search engines to help them crawl your website better.

XML sitemap is list of links. Which helps search engines to make them know number of links on our site.

Sitemap is a list of all pages on a website. From SEO point of view, XML sitemaps are vital. Suppose if some page of a website is not indexed then Sitemap provides a way to inform search engine about the non indexed page so that it is indexed properly.

If your site has many pages, you should create a sitemap for your site. sitemap.xml is very important to crawls the site's all pages.
