In the world of SEO I realize the importance of the keywords. In your blog keywords needs to be used by you. For these position does it needs to be optimized? For the record of the scribe the word press plugin can be used by you. Too many times the same keyword appears in the blog as an update every time a message is told by the map. In a particular way how is it related? The quality of the content is affected by what? In there I don�t want to attract a lot of traffic. For me is there any suggestions available at this point of time regarding this case? In this matter please share your opinions and views. From all of you I am waiting to hear. In advance I want to thank you all!

It is very important to have a keyword rich blog. But like you said we must refrain from keyword stuffing and also more fearful presenting content with no relevance nor information that make for interesting read. So while writing a blog, keep in mind the searcher and the possible words or phrases that they may use, integrate the keywords into your article and not the other way around, create unique content and with good keyword application traffic and ranking, both improves. - SEO Junkies

Yes, keyword rich content is very much required... It is how Google judges your content.

The percentage of your target keyword should be between 2-3%. Anything over this can look too forced and Google will penalise you for keyword stuffing.

Make the keywords look as natural as possible.

Keywords are used to make your website / blog appears in the searchpage. The important places to put keywords are title tag, meta description tag, and header tags. Keyword density is 4% at max. More than that is a penalty.
