Disavow Tools is the best way which is there in Google Web master tools but it will effect after some time.

firstly mailed every sites to remove your back links then after you use use google disavow links tool

first of all disavow tool not delete the back links but its ignore those links at the counting time

you need to use disavow link tool to delete bad backlinks from the site.
