One of my friend was cheated by some online shopping website while purchasing the cloth accessories.He approached me to make the consumer complaints through online and display that particular complaint website which we made the negative reviews on top place of search engine while users searching to get the details about that online shopping website.How to display the URL link on 1st page of Google?

If you put negative review obviously that website will block your review to avoid their downfall. You have to sign in to that website and click review about any of the product and make your friends like it or rate it so that it may come first in the review list which will help others also

You can post complaint on review sites and social networking sites like facebook and twitter. You can also review it's services google local listing if it's a local business. This would help you in resolving your problem.

"But top position for negative reviews on search engines is not easy or possible to some extent". companies also do reputation management to hide negative reviews.

Write a blog and contact news sites. If they could make news out of your blog then you could become celebrity all of sudden.
