I can barely use it, because of all the pop-up ads. No professional website has that many pop-up ads. Also website is quiet slow, maybe consider changing hosting service. These two things might increase bounce rate, because people tend to avoid slow and spam websites.
A lot of people today use mobile phones to surf the internet so you should try and increase Mobile User Experience as well, since, according to Google Insights, your site gets only 66 points out of 100 in user experience.

Usable on desktop browser but really should try to make it mobile responsive. That makes a lot of differences these days to traffic.

1 - too many adds
2 - reduce the amount of colours you use throughout your site to 2 or 3 3 - overflow css issues mean the classified spill over the right 4 - If I was you I would buy a nice classified template for wordpress from themeforest |

The website is watched. i feel little confused as there is more and more buttons links etc. Any way the site is looking average compared to other websites.

Amongst all things suggested by others above, as "Tapdark" pointed out, the site is very slow and not mobile friendly. Google rolled out "Mobilegeddon" on Tuesday April 21st. All sites that are not mobile friendly will get hit on mobile search. This effect will be felt after the 28th. So if you want to be found on mobile (est. 60% of users are now mobile), tweak your site.
