Been using Chatwing for a while on my site and also for the chat side of webinars, would highly recommend.

1 of the best features i use all the time is the new message alerts direct to my phone and email alerts when people post in the rooms or private message me. I've got the android app on my phone and it pushes any new messages in real-time, this has been great so you don't have to keep checking the rooms all the time, it's the only chat service i could find that has this feature. enjoy
