I prefer using Alexa, Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Webmaster Tools and Spyxel web analytics tool.

I suggest for Google Web Mater Tool, Google Analytic Tool or ahref tool. THese are very useful tool for doing the SEO.

I use ahrefs.com tools to check site's link and backalinks. it also provide all the details of the site.

I also use ahrefs as well as traffic travvis. Google adwords keyword planner is a nice keyword research tool.
