The technique you mentioned in your post most are out dated and not even useful for SEO. Focus on quality content which is new trend in SEO because "Content is King" in today's SEO World.

There is no alternative of great content, but back link building is still working. So, besides content marketing, link building is also important. I know whatever i do should be legit, the day for spam practice is over.
There are many honest way for back link building. I want to get your own experience shared to me...which are most effective? Thanks to all.
