URLs can be indexed faster by submitting a sitemap in webmaster tool and also by promoting your URLs in various social media websites. This helps to crawl your webpages faster and index them in search engines.

use google webmaster's fetch as google tool and see your url's get indexed within minutes

To indexed the links you need to indexed your links to the target sheet from which the google crawl your links.
