If you want to increase your domain authority and page authority then you need to published high quality content on your website on regular basis and then you need to create high quality backlinks for your website.

Than after some time your domain authority and page authority will increase for sure.

you need to carry out on-page and off-page SEO methods very effectively most esp the on-page seo, you can make use of yoast SEO tool to help you out on that. but do some off-page seo too like creating backlinks from high authority domains and do them in the whitehat manner.
