A no follow link is a link that does not count as a point in the page’s favour, does not boost PageRank, and doesn’t help a pages’ placement in the SERPs.

If you don't want to pass link juice to another website then you can make those links no follow by adding rel=no-follow to the link.

A no follow link is a link that doesn’t point to another site. I think this is where people get confused, as people can still click onto a no follow link and get sent to another site, but in the eyes of the search engines they don’t point to anything.

If a search engine finds a No follow backlinks the Google will just overlook the link and will not get deeper into crawling.
