Google ad-word is an advertising system, where advertisers bid on certain keywords in order for their clickable ads to appear in Google's search results. But the advertisements are paid. The advertisers have to pay for the ads whenever the users click on your website link. If no one visit your website or click on your website link then you do not have to pay for the advertisements. Google ad-word can be used to advertise globally or locally. The companies use this system to attract more traffic to their websites.
