Blog Commenting earlier used to help us to increase the keyword ranking, but later Google started considering this activity as a Spam.
Now most of the blogs give Nofollow Backlink. But still if you do it properly like commenting on the relevant blogs, and not spamming by giving anchor text in place of User Name, then this will definitely help to increase the traffic and to boost keyword ranking.
