Pogo-Sticking is what happens when a user performs a search query, finds a site and clicks on it, then realizes it’s not what they want so they click back to the search results. This can happen when you focus your efforts on keywords and keyword phrases that are too broad. It’s not really the same thing as bounce rate.
Pogo-Sticking specifically relates to a search result to a page and back to to the search result where bounce rates show the entrance and exit on the same page regardless of source and are not related to the SERP (Search Engine Results Page).
