My website is currently generating $90-$140 a month profit, the design isnt the best but its profitable. its very light wieght behind the scenes and only takes about 20 min a day to run it, which is basicly my advertising, sales are easy because the convincing is already done by the time they get there, and you can litterally run every aspect from your smart phone. Just wondering what I could get if I sold it! The link is in the signature

That is a very interesting question, but more importantly, what do you value it at. Take how much you would earn per year and see if you can figure out some numbers for profit for the next year. Does buying the site include licensing or anything? Definitely a good question though!

lol im not sure what what to value it at, not even particularly sure id sell because it generates enough to cover my wife and my phone bill which is always good to have income streams that cancel out bills

Yes, absolutely. I am in the process and working every day to achieve some bill cancellation lol. I am not sure how websites/businesses are valued, so I thought it was a good question.
