If you want to promote your site, you should work on your site. there are two types of seo.
Off page seo, On page seo.
I think your site is related with web designing catogaries so you should promote your site on web designing or seo site's catogary.

First of all, you should pick home page keywords to promote as these keywords are for your whole website. You should promote only website not need to promote inner or categories page at starting.

You should be conscious of placing appropriate keywords throughout every aspect of your site: your titles, content, URLs, and image names. Think about your keywords as search terms -- how would someone looking for information on this topic search for it?
