After Updating Your meta tag its necessary to submit your website in Google and Bing Search-index?

Meta keyword tag is not considerable signal in both google and bing, if you updated meta description or title tag its important to submit your website in both search engines.

I would re submit your website often to keep getting updated. Sometimes google doesn't cache the pages properly all the time. I had 7 not being followed by google and 3 indexed and resubmitted several times now all are followed.

Yes, You need to submit your website in google and bing search index because it helps to read search engine as soon as possible that whatever changes you made in the website

Its necessary to submit your website in google to crawl the new update. Otherwise, it take time to fetch the new content with delay.

Search Engine Submissions is a off-page technique and after completed on-page you can start off-page.

So, its mandatory to do quality On-Page like Content and Meta Tags.
