I give up on Yelp
Yelp is a joke. We have several positive reviews from our customers that are showing as not trusted. These are real people who have done many other reviews, have links to their facebook profile etc. Then we get one negative review and that review is listed on the main page.
I emailed Yelp and this is what they told me: 1. Enjoy your Free Listing 2. Pay for Ads 3. Ignore Yelp Such BS.
