Saturated fats block the basic converter (good) fat from being used to reduce inflammation in the body. They also bear the bad news for those who want to lose weight. Weight loss efficient as fat calories is from saturated fat stored in the body as compared to the calories of protein and carbohydrates. These should be fat 'bad' scarce in your diet arthritis.
