There is nothing to read in that when you go for google adwords you will understand automatically . or else check in google by the keyword ppc tutorials you will find many .

PPC is easier to learn of course! but if you are going to start Pay per Click, you should some knowledge of SEO will surely help you in determining the success rate.

That's easy, you can search in Google. Although there are lots of tutorial available on youtube and other social platform. You can learn from that.
