There is no time table for ranking in Google because it needs to earn reputation first before the site will established in the related field.

There no particular time for a blog to do seo it depends upon the priority or necessity to do rankings in google of ur blog.

If your content is original, then it may does not matter when you update. But in order to quickly improve your blog you must update it regularly may be after 2 days or something else.

Actually there is no time limit for getting crawled by the search engines. As it completely depends upon the kind of SEO you are doing, if you are following all the norms to generate organic traffic then you can have your rank in search engines. Secondly try to keep updating your blog at an interval of 2 days along with SEO strategy because while doing SEO you are placing links to different websites and creating buzz at different social platforms. And the search engines evaluate your global presence, links, and popularity level among social media before giving you evaluated results. .............. thanks.
