Why doorway pages are used?
I heard that doorway pages are very useful to get ranking in less time. Is that true? Should I use them? Please guide me.

They can be useful to target google to specific pages and you can seo your page for specific keywords.

Doorway pages are simple HTML web pages that are created by inserting a few particular keyword or phrases for the purpose of sending website visitors to a different web page.
