Bounce rate is the percentage of visitors to a given website that leaves the site after viewing only a single page. A high bounce rate can be interpreted to mean either that the content is not relevant to its target market or that the site is not attracting its target market effectively. Bounce rate can be measured in one of two ways: Either determining the number of visitors who enter the website but “bounce” or move before exploring anything other than the entry page or determining which visitors leave the site after only a brief time period.

The percentage of visitors who visits your website and leave suddenly without giving any interest is bounce rate your landing page of website. If the bounce rate of your website is high it means your website landing page is not attractive.

Bounce rate calculates the percentage of your websites without going an inner page or subpage he leaves from your website.
bounce rate = total number of visitors who only view a single page/ total number of visitors who enter to that page x 100
