To get more US guests your website must position well in The search engines.com. As Rebecca said you can set your set your website's geographical focus on place to US. This allows your website to position well in The search engines.com. Develop more hyperlinks from website which has US ip deal with.

1. Using Google Adwords PPC and target your ad destination as US.
2. Increasing your back links mainly from US sources. 3. Targeting US niche relative keywords 4. Using Google Places.
