May i know how to post a new blog?

I'd recommend Word Press. It's very easy to fire up a blog there, and it allows an admin to maintain multiple sites. It also comes with a bunch of tutorial videos if you run into trouble.

Sign up in WordPress and create a blog then through dashboard post the content ....

tell the platform which one used for developing a blog. From my experience blogger is better than others. It is easily to manage. The new post button appears in left side after selecting the blog. After that post your content and publish it.

Sign up in blogger.com and you can easily create a blog and update it with different posts.
