Don't submit same article in the multiple sites. It shows the duplication. Submit the unique article in each sites. It's good for your ranking.

Yes agreed. You can spin the same article and submit it to different sites. this will avoid duplication.

Don't do spam by submitting same article in different websites, and also don't give many links in a article, Give at least one or two links must be related to that article.
