Forum is good for seo, It is best to target our keywords in forum signatures link and also help to get back links and traffic.

If you use a forum right, it can be a source of traffic, but the topic of this forum thread was forum posting for SEO value. Read Google's webmaster guidelines. It's going to be low value (near to zero, if not zero) at best, but a strong chance it will be seen as spam (see the Link Schemes section).

Wrong. it is not the most useful method to get backlinks. It could even get your site penalized by Google in overdoing it. Visit Google Webmaster Guidelines.
