No, you should have unique content on several sites otherwise it will considered as duplicate content.

Unique content is necessary for posting classifieds and article, otherwise it considers as a copied content.

Dont do that.. That will be considered as copied content. Do some changes in it and then add that.

NO, you should have unique content for classified as well as article submission. Using the same content can lead to the duplicate content issue and your site may get affected because of it.

What kind of information you want to provide to you audience, the similar one on each site or different? If you want your users a good experience then try to convey the same massage through different way each time. You must not give them the same titles, contents and descriptions on multiple sites to read about. Its not a good marketing technique so as from search engine's point of views.

Content is king in today's modern SEO. It gets crawl very quickly. Do not use same content anymore. It will be counted in duplicacy which is against Google Panda algo.
