Guest posting is helpful for our website?
Matt cut say that Guest posting is spam activity and stop guest posting. so what we do.

Yes matt cut says that but if you do quality guest posting nobody can spam you or you can do article submision .

yes. Quest post will be spam. So do the back link for article submission instead of quest posting.

I think guest posting on quality site like MOZ is good to get backlinks. We should avoid to post single line comments while guest posting. First we should read the whole blog and than share our opinion about it.

Guest posting is still valuable but if the posting is not on unrelated blog..Also do not use keyword oriented anchor text link...

I think guest post won't help you any more. Better, try to avoid guest posting for the purpose of gaining backlinks.
