I am Valentin Fritzmann, I am better known as real estate guy within my field & friends. I just love meeting new people who looking for their dream home, flat etc. I listen to them & try to give them best advise possible. With my experience mostly I close the deal in fair price. When people says that XYZ agents charges that much , you charging this much

Yes my friend. It does. Basically its a negotiable thing. This may goes low to 1% to 4 or 4.5 %. For better consultancy: contact 2-3 different agents .

Basically newspapers, online website and zillow. On the other hand its about our circle, your goodwill, your behaviour that counts. You have to work hard to set goodwill. In my area people call me real estate guy, real estate angel so you have to set things up first hard work

Good query mate. Competition is every where. Now here everything depends on us how we convience them, like we are providing these extra services. We work for longer relationship rather then one time profit. We thing for best for you.
