Market conditions vary from cities to cities,
in case of Bangalore its booming,
whereas in Mumbai its still fluctuating,
Kochi market has become saturated,
Jaipur is growing steady.

but the conditions are far better than they were in the past few years.

i believe it already is a good time to invest in real estate at locations such as Bangalore,
Jaipur,
Noida,
Pune,
Surat.
and some more cities.
