Google local listing VS Bing local listing
Which local listing is effective in terms of getting leads or enquiries or from SEO perspective?

Google Local Listing is best but it also matter what country you are targeting for your services in your SEO. In India, Google mostly used by users but outside India, mostly users use Bing Search. So it depends on the target location.
