I believe in building relevant backlinks, just crete backlink with the anchor text that is relevant to your site and the site on which you are putting the link.Link means joining two pages so both of these pages must have some similarity and the anchor text must represent that similarity.

I think that guest posting is the most effective. If you can afford it try and outsource the whole process. You will have very good results.

All pages on you site should have text links to them, not just graphics. And it helps if those text links say something other than "click here".
Offer your readers a site map of your site. But make sure that it has less than 100 links per page.
Make sure your page has a descriptive title tag. And if you want to do seo in less time then, I'll recommend you to hire an expert from SEOclerks
