Paused VMs maintain machine state without compute charges

Does not share storage,security, or computing with other non- cloud solutions or configurations

Have you looked for reviews on them? I find ViUX.com to be a reliable host with priceless customer service. Their tech support is available 24/7 and I usually get a reply within 7-20 minutes of opening a ticket.

Check out redhat openshift, it's an easy to use developer platform with one click installs for quite a few types of sites. Also implicitly lets you keep a backup of the code running on your site w/ git
