hey mithucarrentals,
Are you asking how to check competetor's backlink list?. You can use some tools like backlink watch and linkdiagnosis ..there you can collect list of bookmarking and directories sites where your competetor saved his backlink..The only thing you have to do is entering the official url of your competetor in these tools..

You don't need to use any tool, because tools not provides exact detail. They stats change tool to tool. First analyze some keywords for your site and search who is on top. check there website on page, structure, content quality,etc. then check links for that websites.
