How important is the ratio between do-follow and no-follow links?

No follow links are back links that have rel=”no follow” added in the URL.
In simple terms, no follow links are links that bring referral traffic to your page but carries almost no value in the eyes of Google.
No links are comments, tweets, face book posts & URL shares of that kind.
Do-follow link is exactly the opposite of a no follow link.
These kinds of back links come from special kind of directories, articles and landing pages. Most of the time they are inserted by a webmaster instead of you. That’s also the reason why it’s so much harder to get one.

There is no such ratio exist.Nofollowed links don't contribute to your domain power, but they make your backlink profile look natural.The main thing is earning natural links to your site.

Both the links are important to get traffic, although the quality do-follow link has an impact on the Domain authority of a website.

SEO experts/gurus don't seem to agree on this. Focus on having a natural backlink profile for now. But I think it would appear pretty strange if you had more dofollow than no follow, seeing as how hard it is to get dofollow links.

It's been observed that the top Alexa Rank websites have a mix close to 25% of nofollow and 75% of dofollow backlinks, so followed ones should definitely dominate your backlink profile.
