According to me all way are good and best for seo but same way very effective where you can get more traffic like social networking, bookmarking, forum posting, article submission of the high PR than get more traffic and back links.

I agree with Mikest, fresh and unique content still works. The content has to be 400+ words instead of just 250 before the Panda update.

Google panda only targeted to existing content, any new fresh content will be re-evaluate by Google. If a site is leading with majority duplicate content, the site could expected a spike decrease in traffic.
