I need help.

How do you know your FTP User and pass.

I just want to open my site and upload some images and php script my directory but the problem is I don't know where to create it.

If there is facilitate in your website to create ftp account than first do creation procedure for ftp account and it is not facilitate in your website than you have change in your website and develop it.

FTP is file transfer protocol where we book domain of any website so we booked domain then we also get id and password.
