Forum posting is Best as far as I am concerned. But you should post relevant matter to the Thread. And your answer should be of good quality. and You should not post one word answers.

blog commenting require more deep knowledge of blog or article ....and in case of forum posting you have to update with these topic.....

Forum posting is best, but for some high PR blog Blog commenting is also worth,

Blog commenting and forum posting both play different roles in the SEO of a site like the blogs with higher page rank will give your site important credit than low page rank

Forums rarely have internal pr pages. |
