I always use Backlink watch tool.It works great.It gives you the list of all the backlinks coming form anywhere for the desired website.

tool used to be based on Yahoo Site Explorer data, but neither service is available any longer.

I preferred back links watch for checking back links for my website.I think this tool is best for checking each and every back link of our website.
