Hi,

there are many ways to increase traffic on our website. You should do SEO to get organic traffic then focus on social networking websites to increase traffic from there too.

Agreed. Social referral traffic is big, plus the more active you are on social, the more it will help with your organic search engine rankings.

You can increase your web traffic by searching correct keywords that is related to your niche, submitting to social bookmarking sites is a plus too.

Start with SEO and social media, exploit twitter and other relevant mediums. Join the discussion in your community using forums and top blogs. Try SEM if you want to test paid marketing and see the returns.

You should include appropriate keywords,fresh content and should do some link building process to improve your site's traffic......

If you really want to increase traffic, you’ll need to expose your website to prospects using the following:

- Participate in niche related forums and communities
- Submit your website’s updates to social bookmarking websites
- Submit RSS feeds to feed directories
- Start a catchy blog and invite other bloggers to guest post
- Contribute in social networking sites (Post on related wall pages)
- Share viral content (images, text, videos etc)
- Offer valuable information and make your website user-friendly (for repeated traffic)
- Write guest posts for blogs related to your niche

If you’re not on a budget, you might also try jumping into PPC for targeted traffic and instant gratification
