Black hat SEO is usually a practice that increases a page's rank browsing engines through ensures that violate the research engines' terms involving service. The term "black hat" came from Western movies to tell apart the "bad guys" from your "good guys, inch who wore white-colored hats (see white-colored hat SEO). Not too long ago, it's used more commonly to describe pc hackers, virus makers, and those which perform unethical activities with computers.

Black Hat SEO refers to the use of techniques which are against the rules and regulations of Google. Cloaking, Link Farming, Meta Keyword stuffing and Hidden Text are some of the Black Hat SEO techniques. Google ban those websites which uses Black Hat SEO techniques.

Its helpful but when google sees its over promoting keyword then it will be penalize by google and your will never get ranked again.

Black hat seo is trying to get the web page ranked well on SERPs by using unethical practices or practices meant to cheat the search engines. Those do not add any value to the user. Link farms are an example of black hat seo.
