Follow the webmaster guidlines by configuring your website with Google webmaster tools. Fix all the issues found by the tool... Importantly check whether your site is penalized in GWT.

Submit your website on Google Webmaster Tools then check whether there is spam or bad links available . If you will get any bad links remove it immediately . It will help to recover your website ranking.

Check if there are bad links by submitting your website in webmaster tool. Remove those links. For website ranking purpose it will help you a lot.

I do Forum posting and also many SEO works to get the Traffic for my website,Because that Only not bring huge traffic!!!
To increase traffic:-
-Directory Submission
-Social Bookmarking
-Article and Press Release Submission
-Blog commenting
-Social networking promotion.
-Add good and proper content to website
-Post backlinks to good blogs.
